Microsoft Office Picture Manager is an application offered by Microsoft as the name depicts and it was introduced in Office 2003 till Office 2010 versions. It helps in managing and editing the pictures like resize, saturation, contrast, hue, crop, rotate, and many other editing tools. It has replaced Microsoft Photo Editor. Microsoft has removed the application from the later versions of Office because it got replaced with an application named as the Windows Photo Gallery and it is included in Windows Live Essentials. But Microsoft has stopped its support on this app too because all its features are covered up in the later versions of Windows- Windows 8.1 or Windows 10. Picture Manager has been excluded in Office 2013 as well as on the later versions of Office which include Office 2016 and Office 365(to download them, you need to visit office.com/setup ).
