If you have already backed up your contacts in Norton Mobile Security and want them to be restored on a new device or the same device then this article is for you. Here, in this article, I am going to provide you with the step-by-step process to restore your contacts from NMS. Check it out first and thank me later:
For Android Users
Open the Norton Mobile Security application on your smartphone
Hit the fourth pillar to access the Device screen. You can find this pillar at the bottom of the main screen
Now, tap Contact Backup
Choose your device from the drop-down menu available next to the Backups for
Please note, you have to select the device for which you have created the backup earlier
This will automatically restore the Contacts on the device the Norton Mobile Security is currently being accessed on
Now, you will see the list of the backups
From that list, choose the backup you want to restore (Remember, you have provided names to the backup during backup creation, so, choose that name).
Now, do one of the followings:
Choose Append and then tap Restore to merge the contacts from the backup with the contacts already saved to your device
Choose Overwrite and then tap Restore to replace the existing contacts on your current device
It’s done!
