Office 365 Integration fails to connect with Microsoft online services! Here is the fix

When the error is encountered, you may see a dialogue box with the message of “There was an issue configuring the integration”. To know the core of the issue, go to the location where you saved the file when downloading. Get in the folder options as mentioned in sequence Microsoft> Windows Server> Logs> SharedServiceHost-EmailProviderServiceConfig.log.
