Office 365 gets the new recovery tools for Ransom ware Protection

Microsoft has launched a plethora of tools to give its Office 365 Home and 365 Personal users an advanced level protection from all kinds of online threats, including Ransomware. These two Office productivity suites will get an additional layer of protection to fight against one of the biggest threats (Ransomware) of the last year and current year as well, said Kirk Koenigsbauer, Microsoft’s corporate VP for MS Office products. In addition to Ransomware, the Office subscribers will also get stronger password protection, advanced link checking as well as protection from email-based threats. One of the key defense measures Microsoft is implementing is File Restore feature from One Drive for Business to the consumer-level OneDrive accounts. This exclusive feature permits you to get back the complete OneDrive account to a previous point at a maximum of last 30 days.
