In recent reports, it was noted that Microsoft would withdraw the feature of Outlook Web App in the mid of 2018. The feature of OWA will retire from mobile apps for iPhone, iPad, and Android. For every Outlook user, OWA makes it easier to transfer and share media and data and yet there are constant modifications being done to improvise users experience. According to online sources, Microsoft is shifting its focus to improve the access of Outlook on iOS and Android for a better user experience. From the month of April 2018, OWA (Outlook Web App) will not feature on Apple’s iTunes or the Google Play Store as a conclusion of introducing Cortana. In the previous month, Microsoft declared additional features of Cortana and all the changes were only accessible to the users of Windows 10 PCs. Now that plan has extended and Cortana will soon be featured on iOS and Android.    Cortana Will Deliver Various Smart features to Outlook   One of the greatest features of Cortana is of reading your emails aloud while you are travelling. Adding more intelligence to its Cortana digital assistant for email services, Microsoft previously was not planning to integrate this feature into Outlook mobile. However, OWA is already accessible on mobile devices and reminds its users of the end of features with links to install the Outlook app for Android and iOS, but the feature will go down from 15 May 2018. The app will entirely stop working and by the time, Office 365 users will be redirected to a link or a page to install Outlook on their devices depending on the operating system, be it iOS or Android.    However, the users of Office 365 who access the software on Windows 10 will have no effect on the change and can still run Outlook without any authentication problem. Office administrator will be notified in the Office 365 message center for not using the app but they can still use the app by executing instructions that can be received from Outlook support.    Cortana will remind you of the “to-do-list” or simply the things you promised in emails. This will work in a very simple manure; the app will digamous your emails. This is also highlight points that your senior has mentioned in the mail be detecting the date, time and agenda format. Microsoft is giving Outlook support and Office setup 365 support to users can easily understand Cortana by helping them to enable all the features.    Maria Williams is a renowned technical writer.
