1888 PressRelease - The search for the 'AFR GUEST STARS' of 2017 is a global initiative created by TALKSTUFF in partnership with LEGENDARY GOLD (the organizers of Africa Fashion Reception). Sponsored by the African Union and UNESCO, these events will take place in Addis Ababa from the 28th – 30th September, 2017 and in Paris on the 4th November, 2017.

TalkStuff has the MANDATE to discover the newest, freshest and UNREPRESENTED fashion models and emerging fashion designers in Africa, and to launch their careers to the next level in the global fashion industry.

Emerging African fashion aspirants from all over the globe will get the opportunity to apply online for a chance to compete and be declared the 'AFR GUEST STARS' of 2017. Models and fashion designers will receive sponsorship to the AFR shows in Addis Ababa and Paris. Winners will get air tickets, fully paid accommodation, exhibition slots, and fashion show opportunities to help improve their lives and careers.

This project will be carried out through an online voting system where global fashion fans will be able to interact and vote for their favorite candidates.

Entry & Participation:

$50.00 (Fifty dollars) for Models

$100 (One hundred dollars) for Fashion designers

Entry for the search started on 23rd of July, 2017. All participants must read the project instructions carefully and follow the rules, policies and processes that is published on the AFR Page on http://www.talkstuff.com/AFR2017.

Applicants will be shortlisted by the Executive Board of the AFRICA FASHION RECEPTION, fashion industry experts and then the public will vote LIVE to choose the Guest Stars.

Voting ends on September 14th for the Addis Ababa show, and October 14th for the Paris show.
