2)      I-Pad unable to turn on

If iPad is unable to turn on or wake up, then the problem might be battery out of power and needs to be recharged.

Step1: Charge the iPad at least for 15-20 minutes

Step 2: After charging check whether it springs to life.

Step3: If iPad is still out of commission then you need to restart, reset, update, and restore the device in an orderly manner as Apple recommends.

3)    I-Pad unable to power off

Step 1: Try resetting you iPad or quit the misbehaving applications.

4)    Restore iPhone with iTunes

IPhone can only be restored if you have previously synchronized your iPhone with iTunes on a Mac or Windows computer

Step1:  Connect your iPhone to the computer that you have previously used to synchronize.

Step2:  In iTunes, select the iPhone in the Devices and then summary.

Step3:  If iTunes is not able to synchronize your iPhone automatically, then synchronize it manually

Step4:  Click “Check for update”.  It will let know about the availability of new version of the iPhone software.

Step5:  Now click on Restore and then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the restoration process.

Note: while restoring if iOS setup asks to set up your iPhone then choose “Restore from iTunes backup” option.

 

Now your iPhone is restored with the information from its last backup.
