Everyone knows what happens at the yoga retreat and what is the schedule one follows during the five-day retreat. There are still small things that are undercover. Here are few things you can expect at a retreat.

Doing everything together in a group with openness and courage makes you open and get in touch with yourself, your feelings and what you’re experiencing. Our daily busy schedule doesn’t allow you to touch the inner most layer of yourself.

With so much happening everyday in our life, it becomes difficult to navigate our self to what is really important. Blocking your mind from all the distractions and moving inward and focusing on your breath is something one can learn and practice it for eternity.

Everyone knows the amount of knowledge one possesses but very few are aware of what is unknown. A yoga retreat enriches you with knowledge thus reducing what you don’t know.

We aren’t aware of what we can do until we stop, think, understand and respond. This retreat will force everyone to test their limitations and stretch to the extent one wants to.

The sense of clarity in thought, vision and peace one gets during and after the retreat cannot be compared to any other holiday. While after every holiday one goes through blues or withdrawal symptoms, this retreat brings you alive and closer to yourself.

It is said that a yoga retreat is like a pebble thrown in a pond. The splash isn’t big but the ripple effect lasts a long time.
