The Japanese automaker, Honda has recently rolled-out its 160cc CB Hornet on Indian roads. The bike has been placed in 150cc premium motorcycle segment. It is based on company’s last year launch CB Unicorn 160. Check price of Honda CB Hornet 160cc.
Honda CB Hornet 160 is powered by a 163cc single cylinder, air- cooled, 4- stroke engine, which churns out maximum power of 15.6bhp at 8,500rpm and 14.76Nm of peak torque at 6,500rpm. The 160cc motorbike is transmitted by a 5-speed manual gearbox with 1-down 4-up shift pattern.
With Honda CB Hornet, company aims to target youth of the nation and for this bike has been introduced with edgy looks and sporty design. At the front end, the trapezoidal headlamp gets LED light and also the chiselled fuel tank adds more muscular looks.
Suspension duties of the 140 kg weighted kerb are handled by monoshock unit at the back end and telescopic front forks. The bike is fitted with a 12 litre fuel tank and offers mileage on 50 kmph on road. Some other features of Honda CB Hornet 160R are X-shaped LED tail light, fully digital meter display, Combi Brake System, 140mm wide rear tyre and 5-spoke split alloy wheels. Honda CB Hornet claimed to have top speed of 110 kmpl.
